Excellent work Gowtham, really appreciate your work, if possible, could you finetune the search based on key words, the number based search will not be that efficient for normal users…
As much as I would love to do that [enable searching by phrases], it’s nearly impossible with the method I use. These shlokas are image files and not text – and I chose this method since Kannada rendering is still questionable across different browsers. Since there is no easier way of searching the contents of graphics, number based search will have to suffice for now.
I have no shame admitting that the book [published by Kavyalaya] is still the best resource and this web thing should only be second option – to read and enjoy shlokas while the book is out of reach.
